No, it's not raining. It's a water show set to music in downtown Pittsburgh's Station Square. We went a few weeks ago for lunch at Hard Rock Cafe then hung out downtown for a couple of hours. The boys had a great time. (we don't know who the random little girl is, but she had fun too)
