It's a Girl!
There's a new addition to the Adams Family. Her name is Lucy, and she's a 10-week old Chesapeake retriever. Jeff picked her up last night and surprised the kids. We have been talking about getting another dog for quite sometime now. It's been 2 years since we lost Jake, and we were finally ready. She's going to be an outdoor dog, but she ended up in the bed with Jeff last night.

As you may know, Lady is not around any more and Josh and the kids have been begging for another dog. So when he saw this post Josh got all huffy and said that maybe he should go be racheal's husband because then he could have a puppy.

I didn't know about Lady. I'm sorry to hear about that. Lucy is great so far. I will probably have a different opinion after she digs up my garden or chews up something! If we could just get her to sleep in her crate without barking and whining, we would be in good shape.
